Won't rev past 2000
I have an 02 Dodge 2500 and we just swaped out the auto for a manual. I fixed it so the cruse will work. I was wondering if there's anything else I need to do.. It has been running fine but after I fixed it it wont rev past 2000. I was wondering if theres another wire I needed to hook up.

I unhooked the battery cables and reconnected them, went and drove it then it came out of limp mode... I was wonder what kind of scanners do you use to look at codes....
my edge is too old to bring codes up on my attitude with juice. The swap made a huge difference.

So I took it to my friendly dodge dealer they said that they couldn't flash it because it says the auto wireing harness isn't connected or something like that.. What do I need to tell them or what do I need to do..
You can send the ecm to bob wagner of mads electronics aka smarty power. He can bench flash the ecm for you. This is only needed on the 01-02 auto trucks after a manual swap. Or you can buy a smarty and bob can send you a manual recovery file if you dont want to be without the truck for a week.
Sent with a Droid RAZR in one hand and 14,000 volts in the other.

I've been driving it all over and it will go like into safe mode then come back out kinda scary but I'll get it flashed on Monday. Thanks for all your help !
