Default Need a little help

First off this is a awesome site. Ok to the problems I had to switch motors from my 01 ho to a 99 and switch cams everything else is the same bit it's kind of dogish when I first fired it up it missed for approx. 2 min than cleaned up bit no where near the same power and no tach. I know I lost 35 hp from the h.o. But the 99 injectors are supposed to be bigger and the chip is still in. Oh yeah and it blows no smoke at all. To make matters worse my clutch decided to die I knew I should have replaced it when I had the motor out. So I'm leaning toward a dual disk south bend or valair I'm not making much hp and probably won't build it very much more just a intake power elbow and maybe some tips for better mpg. I do tow a loaded 20' stock trailer a few times a week usually in the hills . Thanks in advance for the help and Im thinking really hard about a raptor 100. Thanks again

The reason you have no tach is that the 2001 and the 99 read from different sensors. Did you change the wiring harness's as well and or ecm's? And as far as i know the injectors are the same in all the 24 valves. The 10hp difference from the auto trucks to the 01 and up H.O's is the VP pump. What

Everything was switched I just slid the 99 motor in after swapping the cam and cam sensor. So the PCM ECM harness injection pump lift pump and harness are all off my 01 motor.
