Default hx35/40 hybrid

i recently picked up a hx35 off a '95 12v to build a hybrid with my current hx40. the '95 hx35 uses the v-band clamp to connect the elbow to the turbo flange. my question is will the old '95 set up work on my '99 24v? from looking at pictures of 24v setups they use one solid elbow and flange to the turbo no clamps.

i thought they only used them on 12v's. if you look at the links below, the '99 model years used a one piece design. but seeing where your '99 had the 2 piece set up hopfully it will work.

oh, i misunderstood. my exhaust outlet is like your second link, but those 2 flanges are interchangle on the turbo itself.

i thought you were talking compressor outlet, sorry.

oh, i think it will likely work. there's a good flare on the down pipe, so it can take a little misalignment.
