Default Time to stud

I got my pm3 upgraded to comp and now driving around on 9 i can hit 44 psi with the hy and my coolant gets hotter. So i think its time for a new gasket and studs but i was wondering if i have to have my rockers machined to clear? I know on 12vs u do but not sure on the 24vs. Thanks for the help
