I have the standard mirrors on my 99, but would like to install a set of towing mirrors. Is there a tow mirror replacement from Dodge that is a direct fit?

 

Check out 1A Auto! I bought my electric tow mirrors that fold down/up with the support brackets for my '95 there. Good price and quality fit, also came with everything I needed to install.

I Have them too,work very well,I also had to change the heater control because ther was no switch but no biggie to put in ,Those mirrors are fine just watch the mounting studs they maybe a little short

Are you talking about the "west coast style mirrors" with the three or more legs? Sure you can you will just have to fix the holes left behind. (Picture Below)
