Default fuel pressure question

So I have a 2000 automatic 4x4 and I just had a rebuilt injection pump and raptor 100 lift pump installed with half inch fuel line and my truck idles at 18psi and at 55mph its about 15 and wot its at like 8or9 and the temp here is like 9 degrees is this normal I'm just worried cause I don't wanna ruin my new injection pump. Mods are an edge ez and a k and n.

The EZ should not be bringing it down to 8psi.

I pretty much figured that. Would the temp have that much to do with it? O and its an isspro mechanical gauge with 1/8th inch line coming right off the banjo bolt on the injection pump

That's a little low IMO, my Raptor is set up for 19 at idle and I can't pull it below 15 at WOT with just a little vanaken box.

Which pump do you have the 100Gph or the 150Gph? That may be the difference. The one I have is the 150.

So I turned the pump up just a hair now it idled at darn near 20psi and it runs down the road at 15 or 16 but when you till on it it will still get down to 10psi so I came back and switched the chip.to the lowest setting and it still did the same thing. And it is like 30 degrees here today. Any thoughts?

One more thing, I just replaced the fuel filter yesterday with a wix.

I run the Raptor 150 and it never drops below 15psi.
Have you had your tank sender out??
I dropped my tank to fit a new sender unit when I fitted the raptor etc. stripped the tank module and the filter was blocked solid. Be worth a check!
The Raptor 100 should cope no issues.

No I've never had it out but I had a guy from a shop around here say that would be worth a check I'm just not looking forward to that in this cold weather I was hoping for it to be something easier.
