Default still getting dead pedal

so after i replaced my injector pump, lift pump, and tps i'm still getting dead pedal. cleared the codes and it still throws the 0216 code. dont think a new injector pump would be bad already but i'm running out of patience and getting frustrated. it mainly does it when its colder out or when its locked up in o/d. the engine revs fine in neutral but as soon as i put it in gear it has hardly any throttle response. also the tranny seems so go back and forth between gears so i'm curious if theres a certain sensor or multiple that i can check to see if thats cuasing the problems. a friend of mine was having similar issues besides the dead pedal and replaced the governor pressure solenoid in their truck and it seems to work fine now. any info will help.

99.95% of the time it will be a failing pump with P0216. If it (dead pedal) constantly re-occurs with a new apps and VP you'll need a more complicated diagnoses which surely cant be done over the internet and requires a bit of ability and specialty tools.
Most of the time, I am able to always link it back to a ground issue, a failed pump or a APPS

i checked and cleaned all the grounds i could find. do you think the chip could have something to do with it? i'm going to run it on a scanner tomorrow and get some live readings so hopefully something else shows up. if its the vp i'm doing a p pump conversion

What chip is on it? With a good fuel system the vp is actually pretty reliable. Im not so sure the swap is worth it when you figure the cost involved.

quadzilla adrenaline. i put a fass hd 150 on it when i changed the vp and have a constant 18-19 lbs of fuel pressure on it. the pump only has about 30k on it i figured that with the fass it shouldnt ever get low on fuel. also ran 1/2 inch fuel lines to the fuel bowl

and since the problem has gotten worse my throttle seems to lag a lot but its never been very snappy since i bought it. unlike my dads 02 it had instant throttle response. mine seems to kick the chip in at about 5 lbs of boost

talked to a local tranny shop and they said that since i'm showing no codes now that he's 99% positive that the pressure solenoid and some other sensor in the tranny are going bad sonce it happens mainly when its cold. i forgot the name of the other sensor but he told me its a very common problem in the 47re and he's seen this issue more times than he can remember so hopefully this weekend i'll be up and running in even better condition. i'll post the results when its fixed

We must not be talking dead pedal. Dead pedal results in NO rpm increase in p n or d. Its in know way trans related.
