Fuel Tank Vent???

Default Fuel Tank Vent???

I just bought a vulcan liberty fuel module and they dont have a vent on them.iv been told by some you dont need one and by others you do.im installing it tomarow and really want to get this straightend out.do i or do i not need a vent???one of buddies said to just drill a small hole in the fuel cap but idk.please help

Does it have a hole for it? You may be able to swap it from your old module.
