Default 98.5 loosing power

I have had my truck for about 3 months and i have noticed a loss of power.
I can be going up a hill and mash the pedal and not speed up at all. it just fills gutless on flat ground or a hill.

I have changed the fuel filter and air filter. it has 260k miles on it

could it be injectors/lift pump/ injection pump?

Any ideas?

Does it sound like it is trying to go but just doesn't make the power? or does it blow lots of smoke when you mash the go pedal? if so check that you haven't ripped or blown loose an intercooler boot. It probably is the tps, but i would check the cheap stuff before spending $200 on parts. But i'm a cheap-

i bettcha your lift pump is worn out. prolyl about 0psi at wot, better look into it soon. if it is fuel pressure you can kill the vp44 pretty quick!

If it were the VP 44 there would be codes in your odometer window...check your lift pump at the injector inlet...if its 12 psi or so your in good shape. I had exactly the same problem 2 years ago and it was the ECM....If however it is the lift pump I recommend you replace it with a Raptor 100 or 150. Doc
