Hey there, I was just wondering what's the biggest exhaust I can go on the stock turbo? Or even if I get a super b single 62. I was wanting 6" turbo back straight pipe...

Functionally speaking, you can't have too large. 4" is all that is needed on these truck, larger is over kill and costs more. It seems no company has made a down pipe larger then 4". After the down pipe, 4" or 5" are very popular. Until you are past the transmission, size is limited by space.

haha exhaust size will not blow up the turbo, 5in is pretty big and very common for these trucks with a 4in down pipe, my buddy has a bully dog 6in turbo back and its got a shity sound to it cause of the size being so big, 5in is louder

So what are your thoughts on 5 down to a 6? I have an excellent custom exhaust shop where I live so I can get anything done...

Anything? I doubt it, there isn't a lot of room for a down pipe larger then 4", nor is there any reason to have one larger then to throw money into the wind.

Just no room available for anything over a 4" down pipe on these trucks.
