Oil in exhaust pipe

Default Oil in exhaust pipe

I just put on a new 4 inch downpipe and thats all the exhaust i put on for now and i drove for about 5 minutes and when i looked at the pipe afterwards i noticed a little bit of oil inside, should i be concerned?

How did the old pipe look? If it had oil in it you might have a problem,but if it's dry then it might have been some oil to keep it from rusting.

how many miles are on your turbo? i just finished hopefully fixing my leaky turbo. not sure how many miles were on it, but it is from a 6.7, so the oldest it could be is 4 years old.

i know when a run atf in the tank to lube fuel system i get the oil smell out the pipe but not oil actually in the pipe.
