Class action lawsuit.. 98.5-01 ISB 53 block

I got a postcard in the mail yesterday saying I could be paid for fixing my 53 block.. My engine is WAY above the 250.000 mile cutoff but some of you might want to check that out.

Probably about 15.. LOL I know they all have alot of miles.. But my dads truck has 163,000 on it so it makes the cut.. I guess some others never go anywhere.

But it's only up to $500 isn't it? I got this too and I'm pretty sure I'm way above the acceptable miles, 592,xxx mi. Seems phony to me

You have to have experienced the crack within the warrantied miles and had it repaired to be eligible. Doesn't matter how many miles you have now. Just show paperwork.

Are the post card only being sent to the ppl that have experience a crack or everyone with the block? Im the 3rd owner of this truck so i doubt id get anything
