loss of power an poor fuel mileage

Reset the apps, the only code that came up is P0380 glow plug/ heater CKT A malfunction. Checked fuel pressure off top of fuel filter an it showed 8 but that was idling. 6 at higher rpm. Will have to get longer hose to check it under load.

Resetting the APPS did seem to help some but still seems week in 5th gear.
