I am not sure what you mean by this. The logic was, that the fluid was being forced away from the pickup in a turn.

That's what I'm saying, the only connection with left hand corners and slipping is the fluid. It's the only thing that makes sense. That's the reasoning behind my previous questions is all I was saying.
Just a note, it had to be low. Below the full mark at least, these trucks don't have issues with fluid pickup at pretty steep angles or inclines.

I follow you now, but when i checked the fluid it showed normal, I didn't think I needed to add any because it was between the max and min marks on the stick. I agree it had to be low but it didn't show it when I checked it. I appreciate all of the input on this which turned out to be not an issue at all.

I just replaced the solenoids and pressure transducer in my 01 due to it not shifting out of 1st without taking my foot off the gas.Turns out it was the adjustment on the bands though. The solenoids and sensors were really easy to change and not too expensive at a local trans parts store.Good luck and let us know how it goes.

That sounds alot more like a throttle valve adjustment.

I had a similar issue with an old S10. When Id make turns, it would slip and jerk, and act stupid. It was an issue with the rear. IDK check the rear?
