my truck truck threw two codes p0500 and p0460 anyone know what these are?

 

P0460 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction

with both of these, I'd lean APPS but I'm honestly not sure. could be a ground issue too, try unhooking the ADR completely from truck, harness and all, clear the codes and drive the truck for a bit with the ADR off of it, and see if it comes back

 

Almost sounds like a harness issue. Both of those circuits run down the drivers side of the truck, if I'm not mistaken.

Also, just for your information, our forum has a OBD II Code Lookup feature. In the top row of pop down menus, there is one called tools. It is in there, along with a few other helpful features.

 

thanks for the help i'll look it up. i replaced my vp recently and the throttle response still seems a little slow. just glad i dont get dead pedal anymore
