How did you determine the guage was the problem? I just put in a new thermostat but didn't help the problem. How hard was it to fix?

i installed a mecanical gauge in cyl head and found factory gauge may be off 10-30deg at times so now i run a mecanical gauge to compair factory gauge can be dead on or off any time mostly when warming up!!
