i might add if you apps is okay and working proper a faulty coolant temperature sensor could cause this problem aswell

 

Checked the cables they seemed fine right after I checked those I unplugged and replugged in the apps. It ran fine after that and the other code it showed was the boost code(forgot the number). I haven't done amything to my turbo for it to run a boost code. From what I have read it only runs that code when turbo is moded and you need a boost fooler. Could the wastegate being stuck have caused my issue or is it more likely unpluggin the apps fixed it? Thanks
