Default TS Performance Torque Converter Lock Up

I was thinking about buying a TS torque converter lock up for my 2001 dodge cummins. It already have a triple disc. torque conerter on it. My question is how much will it help me out on it. I do a lot of pulling with it, so do you think it is worth the money.

it will help out a lot, the trans builds less heat while locked in gear. and you get better power to the ground, also makes it nice on down hills and slowing down cause you can keep it locked and it will compression brake till it comes unlocked. only thing is as with any lock controller, it will only lock 3rd and 4th gears unless you have a modified valve body to allow 1st and 2nd lockups. just remeber that if you set the unlock speed to low it will kill the engine just as if you had a 5 or 6 speed and didnt hit the clutch. also with stock valve bodies it will not down shift from 4th to 3rd by its self you will have to hit the overdrive button to manually downshift. i would most deff say get one but i would also suggest you invest in a suncoast valve body for the low gear lock capabilities and the automatic downshift ability. i have one in mine and it is great it will improve my trucks track times almost a full second. but i have the valve body to allow 1st and 2nd lock up.

ya it would but personally ive installed both in the shop in tow and race trucks and the suncoast imho works much better. but either will work. suncoast is just easier to deal with and has better customer service after the sale. suncoast fully rebuilt my race trans when it broke 6 months after the warrenty was up. can beat that in my opinion.

ok i recently found out about this product. i've got a stage one jasper trans and an edge juice with attitude. would this product help my mileage out? the only thing i hate about these trucks is the RPM range when i'm not pulling a trailer. with this will i be able to have stock shift and lock up points, as well as points i want?
