I would suggest pulling the box off, unless you have lots of stuff holding it down. If you need to drop the tank:

Other then that, it's pretty straight foward operation. Some large channel locks/water pump pliers will aide in removing the LARGE nut that holds the sending unit in the tank.

The Vulcan Straw will bypass the intake pump.

check your straps if your dropping the tank mine broke yesterday when i did mine.

The AirDogII 165's came with the in tank delete/draw straw parts. Not too sure about the AD150's.

my Airdog 150 came with the draw straw as well you do need to cut a nice sized hole in the top of the tank though

Thanks for all this info My EJWA and AD150 should be at my doorstep when I get home. Awesome. I dont look foward to installing all this but look fwd for outcome. Hopefully its just a 30 pack job

If you install the stainless tube, Draw Straw 1, you will have fuel supply issues when you get down to 1/4 of a tank. This is the one D-LUX is referring to, the one that you have to cut a hose in your tank. If you use the Draw Straw V, there are no 1/4 tank issues.
