tranny rebuild qustions? please help
So after a couple of months of having my quadzilla on my 01 dodge cummins and air dog with a cold air intake my tranny is offically messed up. Next week i am getting it rebuilt and i am having a billite flex plate, input and output shafts, new valve body, **** kit, and kevlar coated plates, and a triple disk midwest troque converter so far thats all i can think of. My plans with the truck is to tow our toys on the weekend and during the week i do alot of pulling for our buisnes. The normall loads amout to around 8000 to 15000 pounds. My other plans is to do alot more sled pullling becuase of this i wanna see what else im missing that i should replace becuase i dont wanna break something then wish i would have known to replace that one part. I would rather have a bulite proff tranny and just break drishaft parts becuase its fast and simple compared to droping the hole tranny. What else do i need and what should i order my tourqe converter stall speeds at ?

What about a external tranny cooling system and filtration system? Not that you would NEED it but with that kind of weight can really generate some heat. If your going to pull get every billet part they make
i would go ahead and get a intermediate shaft too. i got a 3400 stall in mine. works very good for sled pulling. for towing it will be a pita but you can still lock it once you get going.
yeah i have a bigger transcooler that i was thinking of moutting in the bed with a electric fan on it. I dont know if a wanna do it like that yet because that is a lot of fluid to fill it up. I am deffinatly planing on doing something like that , but im still open to new ideas.
