Default P0500 and P1693 codes

I went out to a meeting the other night and everything was fine. came out after my meeting and the truck started just fine, but the pulse screen came up with an alert saying my turbo boost pressure was between 49 and 51 pounds of boost. I turned the truck back off and checked my connections under the hood, and checked the turbo waste gate, it looked to be in the normal position, so I restarted the truck several more times. I shut the truck off, unplugged the Quad module from the truck, and then plugged it back in. The truck started fine, without the high boost pressure, but the check engine light was lit. I eased the truck home, the tach and speedometer worked fine, yet the P0500 code is something to do with the vehicle speed sensor 1 circuit, or no vehicle speed reference signal 1. Which speed sensor would be the culprit? Should I just have the codes cleared and try again? Thanks in advance guys.
