Default I hate 24V's

Not really just when there fueled by the vp-44 and not a P-Pump

So i bought a 2000 and if you rev above (guessing no tach) 1300 RPM the throttle goes no more you push to the floor and it just stays the same then I can shift and back up to 1300 rpm

this was someones conversion project that I am now getting to

Ideas?

when I had my quad box unhooked this happened. Someone suggested the map sensor would need to be unplugged from the quad harness and plugged back into factory position. Instead I put my quad box back in. Worked perfect after that. I would check map sensor.

need to post this in the 12 valve section but, most cummins start cutting back the fuel at around 2500-2700. These diesel arent hemis, they wont rev to 10,000 rpms

Well with no OBD II port i cant scan it so I took to cummins and they said it was reading out on the ECM idle switch low voltage something indicating the TPS so I changed it with one I had that was good and same issue

mine did this same thing, my map sensor was unhooked and it would only rev to around 1500-1800 and was a dog! it threw a code though
