P1693 DTC Detected in PCM/ECM or DTC
Detected in ECM Companion code. This code just means there is
more codes present in either PCM and/or ECM

PO237 Map Sensor Voltage Too Low MAP Sensor failure or disconnected

P0236 Map Sensor Too High Too Long Wastegate problem or smoke switch left on

What is the fuel pressure? It is the most important thing on these truck to have a fuel pressure gauge.

Sounds like the map sensor is not plug in or is bad.

P0522 Oil Pressure Voltage Too Low Oil pressure sending unit (sensor) voltage input below the
minimum acceptable voltage.
P01475 Aux 5 Volt Supply Voltage High Sensor supply voltage for ECM sensors is too high.

Sounds to me like you have an ECM connection problem, or a ground problem. It has always been my experience that when you get this many unrelated codes, it's a ground problem somewhere in the system...

would this be causing the cutting out a surging under load? and where would be the best place to start? im getting the sending unit fixed.... it starts surging at 17 psi.... it has a aftermarket lift pump.. as well as a power edge chip.. i dont have a fuel pressure gauge

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

it does it with the chip off and on any of the stages doesnt seem to change? and also what about the apps sensor?

have you completly removed the chip and harness from the truck, i mean every wire of it? This is exactly what my truck did when my edge shorted out in january of 09. I ended up chasing all these unrelated codes and it was simply the edge and its harness, removed it, codes went away and the truck ran fine

u cant see if its the chip by simply removing it from the harness? it was removed a couple months ago then reinstalled after a heatercore was done

if the wiring on the edge is grounding out it could be causing issues best thing to remove something to see if it helps. it's cheap to do that rather than play change out all these parts that are not bad till you find what is.

Dont go with the juice with attitude. I had 3 of them things crap out on me with in a total span on 9 months. Ill never run them again. Quad Adrenaline is hit and miss, some trucks love it, others, it wont run worth a damn, my truck was in the latter class. Tried everything to get it to run right but wouldnt. I now run TST products. They were actually the first company to start making tuners, they are just small. anywho, i reccomend their powermax 3. 10 levels, stock-9. advertised power is 120 for the standard tune, I run the COMP tuned version 180 hp/450 ftlbs gain at max. However, if youre not in a hurry, wait a couple weeks and the new powermax 5 will be out and its even better. Ive been testing it now for almost 2 yrs. it does the fueling of the powermax 3 but adds timing to it as well. not sure what the rating will be yet but its showing way more on the dyno, ill let you know.

ok so i figured out with my edge box off my truck doesnt do the cutting out and sputtering so i left it off for awhile... i went out yesterday and disconected the box from the wiring harness. was that a mistake? now my truck wont go over 9psi and doesnt even have ennough power to get out of its own way and runs like dog s*&%. plugged the box back in nothing changed
