Default exhaust system question

I have a 98 24v and I took my exhasut off and it dumps out before the rear wheel and ever since then I have been getting worst millage and was wondering if because its not a full exhaust I am loosing milage.. thanks guys

did you do anything else to it? when i put my 5 inch stack on there was no difference in milage whatsoever

Shouldnt make a difference unless your driving different so u can hear the sweet sound of your Cummins.

when i bought my truck it had a 4" magnaflow on it. and i put stacks on and its getting the same or better! so i dont think it will make a different.

Im with Luke on this one.. Its the new found sound and you are prolly alittle harder into the throttle than you were before

Agree with the above post. Its just a natural thing my friend the foot gets a little heavier every time you do something to the ole girl.
