I have a 98.5 extended cab and the passenger seat seat belt is locked. Any ideas on how to unlock this. The wireing for both the driver and passenger seat belt clip sensor are unplugged yet the driver seat functions normally.

 

plug them back in and see what happens

 

do you know where the plug in for the sensor is lcated under the seat. i cannot find it.

Well i managed to find the plug in for the sensor. It was located under the center console. Who knew that actually plugging it in would fix it .
