Default rolled over running-stayed running-now no start

i am buying from a friend of mine his 98 ram 2500 24v Cummins 4x4, his wife hit some ice and rolled it over back on to it's wheels. stayed running the whole ride on the back of the tow truck. now it cranks but won't fire up. my friend said he has heard of a roll-over switch but can't find out any info of where it is and or how to re-set it. i ask a friend who works at a dodge dealer and i got "never heard of it". so whatever is proventing this rig from starting again, he hasn't had time to mess with it. on my first cummins i had to bang on the fuel tank once because it wouldnt start. don't know if i'll get that lucky again. and once i get up there to the truck i can try somethings i know, check the pump see if it's working, crack the fuel lines open in case of air. it has a new injection pump, and only 160k on the truck and motor. maybe even the neutral safety switch got messed up. just looking for some ideas, any you have would help. the truck is 900 miles away and i can't get to it til March.
thanks for lookiing

Check behind the passenger side kick panel that follows under the glove compartment. There might be a fuel shut off switch in there that's activated in case of rollover. Hope this helps.
