If I remember tomorrow i will take and post a pic of my CON FE that is trashed beyond that with only 20k miles on it and only about 515 HP at crank! Only sled pulled once, drivin around on 40" Swampers w/3.55 gears, towing 2k lbs. nearly every day, rompin empty, pushin 11 1/2' snowplow in winter, occasionally towing full size truck on car trailer up hills at 1400 rpm in overdrive, drag racing 2500 rpm 4 hi 2nd gear holeshots on the 40's LOL, in that 20k miles that clutch lasted I went through 2 complete NV4500 tranny's (the shop that did the rebuild work doesn't know what they are doing/cheats their customers because i took them a dyno sheet it was supposed to be built to hold this kinda crap) and the clutch was supposedly made for this kind of stuff (except the sled pulling)....
Its getting a dual disc and the big billet shafts here as soon as i can come up with the money, OUCH!

Anyway congrats on the new clutch!

This trucks been through about 10 clutches. What killed your clutch is not only the sleds, but high RPM launches. This one wouldnt do high rpm launches, it just slipped, no real reason to do one if it slips! This one has only stuck 3 times , so needless to say i was impressed. The center section had probably been like that for some time!
