The only thing that I can think of is what you've already done, and thats run the diagnostic test. You may be able to take the ECM off and take it to a dealership or a shop with a better diagnostic machine and have them go through it. Thats if they can.

yeah i folowed blue chips advice on vp44 troubleshooting by hotwiring the pump and the truck runs so im ordering a ecm and thanks for all the help guys
