There is a schematic on the site here that was posted a few years ago on how to wire your truck up to have high idle and/or 3 cylinder shuffle with the flick of a switch.

Yep, the Cummins Motor. I've worked hard to get rid of everything Dodge that I can. Fact is, this has been a farm truck since the day I bought it 11 years ago, well used and abused.

 

Yea I actually really thought hard about dodge when I got mine but I got 2 lemons from them that were in the shop more than I drove them.

 

same thing happened to my dad and that my fine feathered friend is why i drive a FORD!

 

not saying my 6.0's were any better though. but I am happy with my 6.4

speedo is fixed. They got it to within 1mph. dealer tech also enabled the 3 cylender idle, which I assume will also enable the high idle feature. Thanks for all the info guys.

high idle came on this morning. pretty sweet. I figured out that if i plug it in at night the high idle wont come on. So if anyone goes to the dealer and they offer to turn on your 3 cylender idle, let them. It also enables your high idle.
