How are you checking for the codes?

 

more that likely your vp is losing prime and introducing air into the line, when the trucks running check for any fuel leaks.. mine will do that if i let it sit over night, but i know where mine leaks just to lazy to fix it

 

i had a superchips and then i borrowed coworker obd2 scanner and cant find any fuel leaks

 

i'd say if theres no other codes then clear that code and see if another will pop up next time. i know this is a really dumb question but did you bleed the fuel system?

 

yes we bled the system twice since two more fuel filters also , i finally unhooked his old original edge comp and clear the codes and he says so far the dam thing runs 100% (starts perfect) wierd deal but tried it all and so far so good thanx all for the help and ideas..

Good to hear that it is up and running. May have been something in the edge. Since it is off, why not contact edge and see if they would check it out for you.
