Default Throttle goes dead.

The reason Im switching to a new chip is because, I can be cruising along. Then all of a sudden my throttle goes dead. I can floor it and nothing changes. By letting it on/off a couple of times BOOM there it goes. It started a while after putting the Work Horse Power Module on it It will go for days/weeks then it'll do it again.Took the module off. And now it only occasionally does it. And not as bad.
Know what it is?
Thanks.
Mike

friend of mine just purchased a 2002 3500 quad with only 73,000 miles, same dead pedal. Had the lift pump tested with ZERO pressure. No Codes.... have your pressure tested before it's too late.

I goot a buddy that just had the same problems and we had to put a new pump n his so I would get your pump tested before you start going into other issues like the Throttle position sensor or something of that cause

i would bet you get the infamous p0216 code...get a scanner and check for any or take it somewhere and have it scanned. also get a fuel pressure gauge if you dont have one!

if your VP is done and your lift pump is stock in tank pump you might as well buy a Vp and air dog or Fass package deal so you can kill 2 birds with one stone
