To my knowledge the 03 and newer mirrors have a larger mount and will not work on the older trucks. Heated, power mirrors for our style of truck can be found on eBay and many other places.

RAWilliams is correct. 3rd gen trucks mount will not sit right on your door, also the electrical connector is slightly different.

Besides buying the mirrors you'll have to buy the adjuster switch and the heated mirror switch( or find an A/C control that already has it.) The wiring is all there you just have to plug them in.

I bought my heated power tow mirrors on ebay for $180 new in box. They shake a lil when folded up but fine when down they are kool view.

You would have to purchase a set of aftermarket ones (KoolVue) as the OEM are not power/heated. As mentioned earlier, they can be found anywhere on the net for $180 or less.
