Default PMSING dodge!!!

please help i have a 2001 dodge 2500 with a cummins in it and it has been in and out of shops and dealerships. the only modification it has is an edge ct programmer, this truck will idol just fine but when the accelerator pedal is pushed down nothing happens it continues to idol and at times it will go wide open for maybe a second or two then it will not go above 1400 rpm, i took it to a local dodge dealer ship when it first began and they suggested changing the throttle position sensor and i did and it seemed to fix it until that next morning when it was cold now it is at another shop where it just got a new pcm and it did not help its symptoms seem to change daily, it has trouble codes that include the throttle position sensor, engine coolant temp sensor, turbo over boost, before the new pcm if i were to drive it for about an hour or so the truck would run fine and the check engine light would go off. please help, parts are to expensive to just guess around.

Check all grounds, including batterie grounds, ground for the PCM, all chassis and body grounds.

Did you pull the edge off and try it stock?

Pull the plugs on the PCM and throttle position sensor and check the pins. Make sure they are straight and tight.

Unhook the batteries to clear the codes, takes about 30 mins. Turn the key on see if problems come back right away.

Most of the time when the vp44 goes south it will throw codes. If the vp don't have proper fuel press then it won't last more than a cauple days. Check the fuel press, if its low then it very well could be the vp. Press should be 15psi at idle and not less than about 12 under full load.

under full throttle it will drop down as low as 4 psi, wat confused me is that it does not run rough or smoke or anything it just acts as tho its not getting the signal to accelerate
