Default Knock Knock Knock......

Well I got my conversion project all most done now and for the first time I can hear it clear my 24V (99) has a knock in #6.....

I canceled the cylds and have isolated #6
swapped #1 &#6 injector and the knock remains at #6

any ideas this motor has been sitting for almost 4 years now
fires right up and purrs smooth at glass but the knock

it has yet to be driven yet do yall think its fuel and will flush out?
or is the #6 oil sprayer plugged and is the piston getting (or has received) damage?

I think the latter of your two ideas are closer to the issue. I can't see how the common fuel source would cause only one specific cylinder to knock.
