my 01 cummins is geting a code telling me that my boost pressure sensor readout is low. and ive had people tell me that there must be a leak inbetween the intercooler and my throttle body. also that i could just replace the senser and life would be good. anybody else have this problem? or got any ideas?

What is the code?

 

P0237 or p0233 im not sure witch cuz i can't even read what i wrote down but im prety sure it should be the first. and it comes out with map low also.

 

P0237 is Turbo Charger sensor Circuit A low.

I'd imagine either there is a broken connection, or the sensor has failed.

 

how would i test for broken connection?
