Default '99dodge ram 5.9 cummins diesel-truck won't start

I have replaced the fuel filter, engine lift pump, bled the lines, I need to know if there is any kind of lift pump in the fuel tank. I cant get any diesel out of the tank.

On my 99 there is a fuel sending unit inside the tank. ive heard some have it some dont for some reason. Have you checked your IP to be sure it aint that?

Try to listen for the lift pump. Turn the key run, then just bump the starter over for a fraction of a second. Do not let the engine start. Your lift pump should run for approximately 30 seconds. Listen for it, if you can hear it running, or feel it running, you have bad electrical or a bad pump. Let us know how that works, and

x2... on your truck there should be a collection basket in the tank but no intank pump unless someone else put a pump in the tank after the oem pump went out.
