Hey,

So I bought a 3M headlight restore kit a while back and decided to give it a try. This was done a little while back, but I'm just now getting around to posting it up!! I was really impressed with the results!!!

That's pretty much it. It didn't take long and the instructions are easy to follow. Make sure you use the provided masking tape to tape off anything you don't want sanded!! They gave me plenty for what I was doing and I even used two layers on mine so I don't think you'll have a problem. Of course you can always buy a roll when you pick up the kit at the parts house!!

If you have any questions, just let me know as usual!!

Thanks,
Winslow

Looks like I'm not the only one who forgets to resize pictures! Good step by step write up, bet you can notice a difference.

My headlights were pitted when I bought my truck, and adjusters on both were shot. I was able to pick up some new assemblies for a decent price. I have them coated with Leeder Headlamp Protector. I sure hope it holds up.

Yeah every since I upgrade my PB to pro level, they come out really big unless I remember to change it.... I forgot again!!!

I installed a set of sport conversion lights with new harnesses on mine and it seemed to help for sure!

They look great. I have been thinking about trying this for mine, I just wasn't sure how well it would work. Now I am sure I'll do it next weekend. Thanks for the great write up!
