i have an 00 cummins with 5spd edg comp dragbox, cold air intake, raptor 150 lift pump and southbend 13-125FEK. now here is what happening. when i have my comp box on level 5 and really get on it it skipps like starving for fuel. and but if i drop it doem to 4 it seems to stop. im running 19-20psi of fuel. maybe i need more pressur?

 

What size injectors do you have? The VP44 could be maxed out if your injectors are large enough...
You don't need anything over 18 PSI to the VP44.

 

When did it start happening? Any mods been done just before it happened?

 

nothing was done to it and i dont hv ne injectors. and id say like lil over a week ago

 

Where is the fuel pressure being read?

When was the last time the filters were changed?

Comp defueling due to EGTs?

 

it read right befor the filter and i changer it last night bc i went to the pulls wit it. and still on the way there i was seeing if it helped and it didnt and it skipped/ fluttered
