111500, looks original. since i've had it, put on a lift pump and 2 stroke

 

Mine had 1365xx when it died with no warning. The truck was one owner and stock for 91000 miles. I added 4 inch exhaust, afe intake, edge juice, and one lift pump. The last tank of fuel was also the best fuel mileage ever ( 18, 4.11 gears and 315 bfgs).

 

I sell 5-10 a week. I have asked customers and about 80% of vp44 pumps have failed from 80k-160k miles with 120k being most common. If you have good fuel pressure and use some lubricating additives like 2 stroke oil 128-200:1 it will extend the life of your pump. If its less than 100k miles it usually has had poor fuel pressure for an extended period of time. I have had customers have thiers last as high as 260k

 

i have 250,000 on my original injector pump just replaced my lift pump for the first time at around 230,000
