oil in turbo ?

You may want to check the outlet side of the turbo as well, and see how much oil is there. Of course it's never a good thing to find out outside of its proper place, but according to our local Ford dealerships, "a little oil in the intake is ok". But that's a Ford "technician" for you. The seals in the turbo may be going out, causing oil to leak past the shaft. It would be a good idea to keep an eye on the oil accumulation in the turbo. If you are concerned about it they can be rebuilt. If your handy enough you can buy the kit and do it yourself, or pay a shop to do it.

You say you have an aftermarket filter on a home made intake?
Is it an oiled filter? (AFE, K&N etc.?)
The filter may just be over oiled if that is what you are running, noticed a little oil in my turbo once, cleaned it out and ran the stock intake with a new filter for about a month and all was dry. Re-installed my AFE and backed off the oil a little when I serviced it, all good now.
