Default Transmisssion fried again!!

I have 1,500 miles on my new transmission i got rebuilt from a diesel performance shop in my area an paid $3,300 for the rebuild an converter..1,250 of those miles were highway... Now i have no reverse and if i step on it in the foward gears it slips an hit the rev limiter.... I have a 2 year 25,000 mile warranty on it.. I just can't believe this.. What do you think broke in it?? I have never got over 180 on the trans temp. Lately i have more down time in this truck than anything...An by the way the fluid is burnt it has an i ran amsoil synthetic in it.. .
