Ok so the truck had been running great but now all of a sudden it fells like it doesnt have any power even with the smarty on 8 and juice on 5. What could be the problem? Ive checked for codes, but the only ones that come up is P0602- ECm fueling calibration error and P1682-DTC cleared in companion jtec module. So Im stumped with what could be causing this it seems to happen every now and then, then all of a sudden the truck will run like a champ. Also whenever I bog the motor down and get on it hard their seems to be a loud clicking or knocking coming from the motor it sounds like from the injection pump. Is this something to be concered about. Thanks for any help on either of these problems.

Fuel pressure never drops below 15psi no matter how hard I run it. I would think if it was the vp going out I would have hard starts when it was cold or hot but I dont. Also the truck will smoke like a freight train if I want it to. Im thinking it may be my apps sensor what do yall think or could it be something else.

Checking and adjusting the APPS wouldn't hurt, there are a few threads on this site how to do it.

Would a dirty IAT or MAP sensor cause this kind of problem?
