Default lift pump or tps sensor

so im drivin down the road and my truck starts to surge power with constant pressure on the pedal it will like die out and then pick back up it just started this a few weeks ago. it has 107k on it and the guy before me had replaced the lift pump at about 64k could the lift pump be goin back out of it or could the tps be a problem again. it is not throwin any codes that im aware of. any ideas?

i have a little bully dog chip on it and i do not have a fuel pressure gauge

you can try resetting the tps....i usually tell everyone to mash the pedal a bunch before resetting it to clean the tps contacts(engine off of course)
