Default Anybody!

My horn and cruise stopped working at the same time and I cant figure out what is wrong with them, if anybody has had anything like this happen to them and might have some ideas on what was wrong I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You!

It could possibly be a relay under the hood. I know there is one for the horn but not sure about the cruise. You could try switching it with another one and trying the horn to see if that is the problem.

Mine does the same thing once in a while... Try moving your tilt up and down. I did that and it works... May be something in the column? I haven't looked into mine YET.

Did u recently do anything in the engine bay?? I had that happen and there was a small vacuum hose that had pulled off of the metal fitting. Made the cruise, fan controls, and 4wd and maybe something else.. I forget what all.
The hose is on the drivers side of the engine close to the power steering reservoir...

Thanks alot for the help, it ended up being a couple of wires that looked like they had gotten pinched into just behind the steering wheel on the bottom of the steering column.

yea that happened to mine i tried replacing the fuse but it blew as soon as i hit teh horn mine started after i put the dtt noise filter on the truck
