Default Tansmission help please

I just had my transmission rebuilt by a local shop. The problem that I am now having is when traveling at around 40mph, in either drive or overdrive, with light throttle the truck shakes like a manual in to high of a gear. If you step into it it will clear out and go. The transmission guy is telling me that it is a fuel problem and that my ECM needs to be reflashed. I haven't been able to find anyone else who has hard this same problem and it not be the transmission. Can anyone help?

Did you put a billet TC into it?

I don't believe that it was a billet converter. But a new converter that they built in house was put in there.

The stock one has a tendency to get burnt then it will give you the symptoms you are talking about. With the mods that you have it is any easy thing to do with one hard launch. My stock TC did the same thing before I built it up.

I would HIGHLY suggest a triple disk TC especially with the mods that you have.
