im in need of a new oil pressure switch for my bd pump. its the carter pump i no its crappy and i should upgrade but dont have the money rite now so can you guys lead me in the direction of a new oil pressure switch i believe this is the problem for it droppin fuel pressure. its the switch that goes into the side of the block. Is it bad to just bypass this and run straight power to the LP instead of off oil pressure?

 

my oil presser switch that send signal to the dash gage went out and instead of gettin a new one i got a mechanical oil presser gage from Autometer. as long as the wiring harness is plugged in it should it should work. just hang it with zip ties and left it connected to the wiring. with whats in your sig you may be pulling the presser down on your pump just a gess tho
