Default have codes, 1492, 1693 and 0122

All 3 showed up on truck odometer, first round 1492 and 1693. Second round 0122 came up.

Hooked my scanner up and got a 0122 only, used my super chip scanner.
Cleared the code, have not driven it since. The check engine light have been coming and going.

So i need a new ecm ( throttle position sensor ) ??? right or wrong.

Thanks for any help.
