I have a 01 24 valve, with a small 60 hp Performance Technology chip. I also removed the silencer ring from my turbo, and i drilled a bunch of holes in the bottom of my air box to improve air flow. I was just wondering if there were any really chip mods like removing the silencer ring that would be easy to perform. thanks

 

You could do a apps calibration. https://www.dieselbombers.com/5-9l-2...s-i-bored.html It's free. not a whole lot you can do with out more fuel such as injectors or fueling box of some sort

 

some cheap(er) and easy mods would be an intake and exhaust kit... and tuner. but seeing as how you may not want to do so, then an aftermarket filter of some kind, attached to the end of the hose that connects the box to the throttle body is the next best bet... and you could remove the muffler for more flow. since the turbo acts as a muffler, no turbo'd vehicle "needs" one...
