Default MPG's dropping and i cant figure out why.

So about 3 weeks ago i started noticing i wasnt getting the mileage out of my truck like i normally do. i was getting around 18-21 depending on what i was doing. the truck has 152,000 miles and i have always had about the same gas mileage. it has a exhaust, intake, airdog, etc. most everything everyone does now days except for i still have stock injectors and vp44. im now getting 14-15 mpgs now matter how i drive. i have put all new filters in it. got it aligned. changed the oil. cleaned the batteries. Anything i can think of to help bit nothing is working. I still have the same power with no weird loping or anything that would tell me that its the vp44. I always run a bottle of injector cleaner through about once a month. Im doing everything like i was before, even better in some areas but nothing. The only thing i have noticed is that when i get into the higher rpms the mileage drops quickly so im wondering if it might be the turbo? I need help guys. I cant afford to drive her like this. Its killing me. Please, any help would be much appreciated.

adjust your valves since it hit that mileage? It's just time. Not sure if that will help with the mpg's or not.

winter time kills my truck my mpgs just go down so bad cause your truck trys to just dump so much fuel to warm the truck up and keep it warm. put something to cover the radiator to keep the truck running warmer and maybe the fuel mileage will go up some.

But i have never had any problem with the cold before. It has been 22 below sometimes back home in colorado and this never happened. I was also wondering if changing the diff fluids, transmission, and transfer case would help? it just feels like something is holding the truck back. i was planning on going home next month on leave but now im thinking i wont be able to because i might need the money to fix whatever is wrong.

X2 im in the same boat with mine 14-15mpgs cant figure it out either. And was going to try to check the valve adjust on mine it has 115k on it now I dont think that they would be too far out of adj would even slight out of adj'ed valves cause that low of mpg I talked to a guy today that has an 02 like mine with an auto trans tho and has 165k and he said he's getting 24-26 mpg made me real envious i would be happy to get atleast an average of 20-22 any more thought on what we might be able to do or are overlooking?

Only be envious of the truth. You would be surprised how many people over estimate their mileage.
20-22mpg on the highway is pretty dang good for a 7000lb truck.
