Default One way valve in tranny cooler?

Anyone ever replaced this one way valve in the tranny cooling system or know anything about it?

The one way valve "check ball" is designed to prevent converter drainback the cause of"morning sickness" sluggish or slow engagement when cold. This has always been a problem with Mopar autos.I worked in a trans shop for about 3 years and we removed the check ball from the line or the fitting of all chrysler autos, the check ball causes more problems than it cures. It can get plugged up with foreign material like converter clutch lining and will cause the trans to overheat, it is also a restriction in the line. The cure to morning sickness is to install a trans go shift kit so you have fluid flow in park(you can also check your fluid level in park with this kit)or you can put your shift lever in neutral when you warm your truck up.
